ZPortals 6.0 is Live!

ZPortals 6.0 is now live and it includes our biggest update in a long time: a brand-new Admin Panel built to make portal management faster, cleaner and easier to navigate.

A cleaner experience from top to bottom

In 6.0, we’ve consolidated and reorganized key areas so the interface feels more intuitive and consistent as you move from one section to the next. You’ll also notice a less cluttered Admin Dashboard, plus a new quick-navigation cog menu that makes it easier to jump between areas while you work.

We’ve restructured the Admin Panel into clearer sections:

  • Portal Setup: the essentials for getting started, connecting Zoho apps, enabling registration and configuring email templates and alerts
  • Customization: everything related to portal layouts, menus, ordering and design
  • User Management: a dedicated home for users and user profiles
  • Help & Resources: replaces the old Info menu with a cleaner way to find documentation, guidance and Release Notes

This new Admin Panel is the foundation for a lot of what’s coming next and your feedback matters.

Stay tuned, since version 6.1 is just around the corner and it will include a brand new Zoho Desk UI, support for multiple Desk departments, inline image support and many other great enhancements!
