Theme 9: our core visual overhaul
Theme 9 introduces a more modern layout, better spacing, cleaner shadows and a new CSS variable system so your portal colors and typography stay consistent across buttons, menus and page elements.
Recommendation: Switch your portal to Theme 9 to take advantage of the latest design and UX improvements.
ZOHO DESK
Complete Desk UI redesign
A new ticket listing page with filters, pagination and search, redesigned ticket details and add ticket flow, attachments support and a WYSIWYG editor for replies.
Includes improved multi-department support and better handling for multiple Desk setups.
CRM + ADMIN
CRM + Admin usability improvements
List and record views are cleaner and faster with improved loading states, refined filters and better mobile behavior. The Admin Panel also gets a redesigned CRM Modules page and faster Quick Access navigation.
Plus many bug fixes and stability improvements across the platform.
ZOHO VAULT
Redesigned UI for Theme 9
Vault now matches Theme 9 with a refreshed layout, improved secret type handling and quality-of-life improvements like a password visibility toggle.

Zoho Sign (later in March)
Portal users will be able to sign Zoho Sign documents directly inside the portal, without leaving the ZPortals experience.
Zoho Projects (April)
The long awaited Zoho Projects integration is planned for April, bringing Projects data directly into the portal.
HOW TO UPDATE
Switch to Theme 9
After updating to 6.1.0, go to your ZPortals settings and select Theme 9. Theme 9 is where the new visual system and the latest UI improvements come together.
Tip: If you have custom CSS, review it after switching themes to ensure everything matches the new styling variables.
