ZPortals 5.4 is now live! We hope to continue to provide you with the best tools for efficient portal management and a seamless user experience. Let’s dive into what’s new in ZPortals 5.4.
Conditional Logic for Predefined Filters
We’re thrilled to announce that ZPortals now allows you to build complex filters using our new conditional logic intuitive builder. You can configure any number of AND / OR combinations to decide which records a user should be able to access from a particular module. Simply open up a module from the admin panel and navigate to the “Layout” tab in order to start implementing your conditional logic.
CRM Picklist Field Colors
We have introduced a new feature that will display the Zoho CRM picklist colors inside of the portal. Simply select the colors that you want from the CRM for any picklist field and those colors will then be displayed next to the picklist value inside of the portal.
Plural and Singular Module Names
Just like in Zoho CRM, you can now specify the plural and singular form of a module name. These names will then show up in various places within the portal with the appropriate form of the word instead of always displaying the plural form.
Meetings Related List
You can now display Meeting records inside of a Related List allowing portal users to see their meetings from their Contact record or from any other record that’s related to the Meetings module.
Deal Pipelines as Predefined Filter
We’re excited to announce that you can now use Deal Pipelines and Forecasts when setting up a predefined filter for one of your modules. This allows you to only show your users the Deals that have a particular Pipeline or Forecast value.
